Ana Paula Junqueira Kipnis é professora Titular da Universidade Federal de Goiás. Orientador de mestrado e Doutorado. Pesquisador 1D do CNPq.-possui graduação em Medicina Veterinária pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (1989), mestrado em Imunologia pela Universidade de São Paulo (1991) e doutorado em Imunologia pela Universidade de São Paulo (1998). Pós- doutorado ( 2001 a 2003) na Colorado State University- CO- USA, sendo bolsista do NIH. Estágio senior/ pos Doc no Einstein Hospital of Medicine, New York, USA (2012).

Tem experiência na área de Imunologia, com ênfase em Imunologia Aplicada, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Mycobacterium tuberculosis, ELISA, infecção experimental, vacina, diagnóstico, citometria de fluxo e camundongos.
